Important Notices

1. 1 Any member of Subclass A must object to the Proposed Settlement agreement no later than April 15, 2026 by mailing or delivering their objection to:

2. 2 A hearing on final approval of the Settlement will occur on April 16, 2026 at 9:00 am in Brown County Common Pleas Court located at 101 S. Main St., Georgetown, Ohio 45121.
3. 3 All members of Subclass A will have to be current on their monthly obligations prior to signing the three (3) new documents to carry out the terms of the Settlement. This will occur sometime after 31 days have passed after final approval of the Settlement.
4. 4 All members of Subclass A will have to obtain their own homeowners insurance and become responsible for paying their real estate taxes after the new agreements are entered.
